Our Mission

Our mission is to assist development of an honest work ethic among interested students via paid work-skills training projects & assignments which involve task completion, improved focus, teamwork, vocational skills, and encourage good character values.

Our program helps troubled teens to channel their energies into constructive activities while acquiring skills that build self esteem and confidence. By earning money doing tasks that help the aina, such as clearing, composting, and recycling, the teens develop a more positive self image. They also benefit by being part of a team and making new friends.

Teens On Call was founded, and continues to be run, by Brian McCafferty. Brian is in the pictures on the right with Lynn DeCoite, a member of the Hawaii House of Representatives.
